Our warehouse employees will pack every item to our exacting requirements. Before shipping the goods are thoroughly examined and secured. Every day we ship thousands of packages to clients across many countries. This is a sign of our determination to be the largest online retailer on earth. The warehouses and centers of distribution are in Europe and the USA.

Note: Orders that include more than one item are assigned a processing time in accordance with the item.

We will thoroughly inspect all products before they are shipped. Most orders are delivered within 48 hours. Expected delivery times are between 3-7 days.

Returns

Stock is dynamic, and cannot be fully controlled by us because of the involvement of multiple entities, including the factory as well as our warehouse. Stocks are subject to change at any moment. It's possible that you may not receive your order once it's been placed.

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If you have passed 30 days in the past since you purchased however, we're unable to give you a return or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition and in the same state as you received it. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
